Ultra-Flex is a high performance fully reinforced waterproofing system that is ready to use directly out of the tin requiring NO ADDITIVES. Key advantages include: Excellent adhesion to most Substrates: plywood, felt, asphalt, metals, brick, concrete, wood etc. Creates a fully bonded, elastomeric and seamless membrane. Reinforced with Ultra matting ensures an easy ‘wet on wet’ application. Instantly rain resistant once the matting is incapsulated. Rapid and clean installation. Suitable applications include: All new flat roof projects Repair, refurbishment or overlay of existing membranes. Walkways, balconies, and foot trafficked roofs. Warm / Cold roofs Green roofs Box, valley, and parapet gutters. Ultra Topcoat Ultratop is used to provide extra durability and a dark grey gloss finish. Roofs finished with Ultratop are provided with a 15 year guarantee. 20 years when applied by a trained contractor.
